Shifaa is a free information service for finding pharmacies and on-duty pharmacies in Austria. We do not require registration, create user accounts, sell personal data, or use advertising or analytics tracking.
Personal Data Collection
Welcome to the app, and we are committed to transparency regarding user privacy and the use of services available within the app. The app does not collect, store, sell, or share users' personal data. It also does not save or store the following: - Usernames. - Phone numbers. - Email addresses. - Search history. - Alert or medication reminder history. - History of viewed pharmacies on duty. - History of viewed pharmacies operating during business hours. - Any other personal data on the app's servers.
Use of Geolocation
Enabling the geolocation service is entirely optional. When permission is granted to use the location, it is only used to help identify nearby pharmacies and facilitate access to them. The app does not store users' geolocation data.
Source of Pharmacy Data and Query Mechanism
The data source is the official Pharmacists' Association in Austria. When a user makes an inquiry, the app server receives the inquiry, then queries the official Pharmacists' Association in Austria, and returns the result to the user.
Scope of App Services
The app does not provide medical or therapeutic consultations, nor does it offer any services other than the on-duty pharmacy service.
Accuracy and Verification of Pharmacy Data
The app is not responsible for any errors in pharmacy data provided by the data source. Please contact any pharmacy to verify its status and operating hours before visiting.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising between the user and the pharmacy is between the user and the pharmacy.
Updates and Amendments
The app owner has the right to modify or update this policy at any time, and the updated version will be published within the app when available.

Use of Maps and Location Services
Our website and applications use map data and services provided by OpenStreetMap and its contributors to display maps, determine locations, and provide location-related services.
